I hope that everyone had a great Christmas day. Unfortunately many did not. By coincidence this YouTube video appeared today about the use and abuse of words. My post on the 24th was about trainers and words. I hope that for the new year coming up that you think more about how you use your words to bring about necessary changes. Whether those changes are helping one person to acquire a new skill or helping many to fight a worthy cause. As trainers we often have an audience in front of us. We can use and abuse this opportunity. Make the most of those opportunities. Choose your words wisely.
